Payment Method

invoice is valid for 24 hours only.
6. Payment
can be made through the approved payment methods on the website or via bank
transfer.

Office has the right to refuse or cancel any request that contains errors or
inaccuracies.

Office may cancel or refuse any request without providing reasons.
9. The
validity of the invoice is 24 hours, after which the website has the right to
cancel or modify the prices stated.

Any promotions
or price reductions do not apply to any invoice that has already been paid.
11.
Currency
conversion is automatically linked with the payment processor, and the website
has no control over exchange rate fluctuations.
Fifth:
Refunds
1. No
request can be canceled if 24 hours have passed since the payment, even if no
consultation has been provided.
2. If
the client wishes to cancel a request for any reason within 24 hours of
payment, before the consultation is provided, a 50% administrative fee will be
deducted, in addition to any charges imposed by the approved payment method,
and the remaining amount will be refunded to the original payer.
3. The
time required for a refund depends on the conditions of the payment method used
on the website.
4. If
the refund is not processed within 15 days, please send an email to the Office
at [email protected].
Sixth:
Modifications and Updates
1. The
Office has the right to correct errors and/or update content on this website at
any time without prior notice.
2. The
Office has the right to change the prices of services, terms, and
specifications without prior notice. Additionally, the team may review the
terms of use at any time and update the website.
3. During

Seventh:
Ability to Accept Terms of Service
You
guarantee under these terms and conditions that you are over 18 years of age,
or that you have legal consent from your parents, and that you are legally and
financially capable of entering into and fulfilling these terms and

Eighth:
Complaints
1. Dr.
Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Jaber for Law and Legal Consultations strives to
satisfy its clients. In case of any issues, the team will make every effort to
resolve the problem to the client’s satisfaction, within available resources
and while preserving rights.
2. The
client should submit their complaint immediately after it occurs via email to
[email protected], and the team will respond as quickly as possible.
3. Complaints
must be submitted by the concerned individual, supported by sufficient and
relevant documents. The team has the right to request any additional documents
necessary for reviewing the complaint.
4. The
Office has the full right to reject a complaint and may request compensation
from the client if the complaint is unfounded, to cover any damage to the
Office's reputation and to compensate for the time of the team.
Ninth:
Indemnity
You
are responsible for indemnifying Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Jaber for Law
and Legal Consultations for any loss, damage, claim, or expense, including but
not limited to legal fees, arising from your failure to comply with these terms
and conditions.
Tenth:
Law and Jurisdiction
The
interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of
the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute that may arise shall fall under
the jurisdiction of the courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
